As 2010 nears an end I find myself thinking about all I’ve been through this year with my blog and what I want to say to you, my readers. Of course a big fat THANK YOU is first on the list! I am so grateful that each and every one of you take time out of your day to read my blog and leave comments, opinions, suggestions, (ahem) corrections and more! I can’t tell you how much just a simple thank you or “I got one” brightens my day. Of course I also deal with the negative comments and disspointed readers when they miss out on a deal, but the positive far outweighs the negative and for that I thank you. It’s a huge motivation when I receive an email of appreciation that I’ve saved someone money or helped a family through these difficult financial times. Many times I doubt myself that I can do this, but you guys keep me going!
My blog saw a complete re-design this year (which I LOVE!), a facebook page move, (because I didn’t set it up right the first time…boy am I brave! I’m still missing fans though 
), a few blog series that went to the wayside (Make Money Mondays, Kroger recipe of the week), a few additions that have been a great success (planning ahead project) and more! I have such a long way to go before I completely master this coupon-blog thing, but let me tell you I’m a pro compared to that green girl from a year ago! I take pride in what I write and hope that I’m doing a good job!
Is there any one deal/feature that stands out to you as memorable?
One of my favorite highlights from 2010 has not much to do with saving money, but just a reminder to me to sit back and laugh at myself once in awhile. Back in May I posted a coupon for Eggo Waffles and mis-typed the heading as Eggo “Waggles” and you guys had a field day with that on Facebook! LOL!! I am laughing so hard right now just thinking back to that one. It was hysterical because you guys were like “mmmm….I just love waggles”, and “waggles, My Favorite Breakfast!” . That’s right…laugh it up people!
I am so excited to see what 2011 brings and I am so glad to have you all along for the ride! If you like my blog and have benefited from what you read here, will you tell your friends, family, strangers in the grocery store to visit me? Thanks again and here’s to a great 2011!
