I printed a calendar for January at the beginning of the month and planned out most of my meals. Nothing has to be set in stone, but it's such a huge help to have that plan to fall back on. I'm making my planner for Feb now and hope it's the key to more success in February! Come on, Katarina, you can do this! I started WW at the beginning of the month and have stayed on track with it. I use the online tools (not meetings) and boards to keep motivated. I check in daily and get ideas and encouragement from others.
I think the biggest “light bulb” idea has been meal planning. I printed a calendar for January at the beginning of the month and planned out most of my meals. Nothing has to be set in stone, but it’s such a huge help to have that plan to fall back on.
I’m making my planner for Feb now and hope it’s the key to more success in February!
